Top Starter Gloves for Kids

Your kids are getting into skiing or boarding, great!  I’ve got 3 little ones of my own, so know the challenge and cost of getting these young, aspiring skiers geared up.

Given how quickly kids grow, you are probably only going to get 1-2 seasons out of your kids ski gloves.  To ensure that your kids have a good time, I strongly recommend that you don’t give them cheap gloves.  Also, I recommend that you go with gloves and not mittens, as it will give them increased dexterity and will reduce any chance for frustration when they are working with poles, gear, etc.

After much searching, the following gloves are a great option to get your kids started:

N’Ice Caps Kids Thinsulate and Waterproof Geo Lines Print Ski Gloves

Price: $13.99 – $16.99

N’Ice Caps TM boys Thinsulate and waterproof geo digital printed ski glove with solid contrast trim and air hole. Fully covered gripper palm, fingers and reinforced thumb. Adjustable web wrist strap, elastic under wrist, adjustable draw cord with lock on gauntlet cuff, tipped fingers reinforced with gripper.

Simplicity Kids 3M Thinsulate Windproof & Waterproof Snow Ski Gloves

Price: $13.99 – $26.88

3M Thinsulate lined waterproof membrane insert.  Reinforced palm and thumb patch increases your grip.  Adjustable wrist strap allows you to tighten for the perfect fit.  Wrist draw-cord helps keep snow out

Let your kids pick the design!

You can’t go wrong with any of the above options.  Have some fun and let your kids pick out the colors and designs.
